We have spent nine years replacing software nobody could keep alive.
Marrinn is an AI native software company founded in London, United Kingdom. Our mission is to transform software that has no intelligence of its own into intelligent, self-improving agentic systems
Marrinn Ltd was registered in London in 2026. The engineers behind it have been building enterprise software together since 2017, and for most of those nine years the work has been the same job arriving in different clothes. A tech refresh to replace end-of-life systems for a city authority. Two legacy funds rebuilt for a finance ministry. An investment company's estate consolidated because nothing in it could talk to anything else. We were paid, again and again, to build the second version of something that had already been bought once.
Why we built it this way.
Those systems did not fail because the code was bad. They failed because the understanding of them lived in people, and people move on. So we build software that is meant to outlive the people who built it, and no organisation should have to buy the same system twice.
That decides how we work. We write your specification first, in plain language, and build from it, so the system is shaped by your business rather than by a vendor's fixed idea of how a business runs. A named engineer reads and signs off every layer before it reaches you. You own the repository, you can read the audit trail, and the specification stays with you, so the system can be rebuilt and extended without us.
There are two things we will not do. We will not start a build we cannot write the specification for first, because a system nobody can describe is a system nobody can maintain. And we will not hand you something only we can keep running. If you end a contract with us, you should be able to hire somebody else to open the repository and work in it.
What we build is enterprise software in the full sense: mobile, web, backends, agents, automation, data and the infrastructure underneath, generated from that one specification and reviewed before it ships. Since 2017 that has meant government ministries, a capital markets regulator, investment houses and banks. Systems that ordinary people have no choice about using, where a failure is not an incident report but somebody waiting longer in a queue.
So there is no call centre here, and no sales development rep working from a script. Your first conversation is with an engineer who can tell you what Marrinn would actually do with your problem, and what it would not.
